Terms of Use

By submitting an online refill request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:

1. You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Our Online Refill Request Form is for current patients only (your pet MUST have been seen by one of our doctors within the past year).

3. Advance notice: Minimum 24 business hours required on all orders. Immediate requests cannot be filled. For example, a request submitted at 3 p.m. on Friday will not be ready until 3 p.m. the following Monday (unless it is a holiday; then Tuesday). 

4. Specialty Service notices: The Internal Medicine and Surgery Departments are in the office Monday through Friday. Prescription refills will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day (refills on Friday will be ready on Monday).

5. Payment policy:

For VESH pick-up orders, payment is due upon receipt at our hospital.  

For home delivery orders, payment is due prior to mailing. A staff member from our hospital will call you at the telephone number you provide to confirm your home address and process payment prior to mailing your order. Please note an additional $15 fee is added to home delivery orders to cover postage and handling.
