While at Angell, Dr. Johnson worked alongside boarded radiologists to provide ultrasound services for internal medicine and hospitalized patients. She developed advanced skills in interventional radiology and liver laparoscopy. She also enjoyed teaching and learning from many interns and residents during her 9 years at Angell.

Dr. Johnson moved to the Pioneer Valley and joined VESH during the summer of 2021 with the goal of raising her young daughter in a more nature-rich environment. Dr. Johnson assumed the role of medical director at VESH in October 2021.
