Dr. Leah Brown studied biology, chemistry, and environmental science as an undergraduate. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University. She came to VESH from CT and has been practicing veterinary medicine for five years. 

Outside of work, Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with and caring for her pets and plants. She also enjoys taking trips – especially those where she can travel with her husband and her dogs. Dr. Brown and her husband have many pets, including an Irish wolfhound, a Schnauzer mix, a cat, a bunny, chickens, a goat, donkeys, and alpacas!
